At Own a Home CIC, we follow the principles of housing that is ordinary and yet outstanding. We believe that all people (regardless of neurodivergence and needs) should have access to the best housing to meet their needs and also the physical environment is often more complex and vital to build around people with a Learning Disability and Autism. Many of the people we support require support with their social care needs and need creative and supportive tenancies and housing. We believe in options for housing and follow a Person-Centred Approach, underpinned by Positive Behavioural Support based Care providers who share a likeminded approach to outstanding provisions and a vision of a better society. This is all underpinned by our rigours policies, systems and process.
